I pick up my Ameo tomorrow and have a two questions that I hope someone can clarify.
Is the onboard RAM sufficient for installed apps?
Is the HSDPA running at 3.6 or 1.8 mbits/s
Currently using Nokia N95 (3.6mbits/s with all apps installed to phone mem)

1. For me it is
2. It depends on your carrier, ere in Germany T-Mobile run it a 3.6mb and a higher speed service (Don't remember what protocol) at 7mb

There are some really bad issues with N95 and apps installed on mem other than internal and wondered if the athena had the same?

With my X7500 with Movistar in Spain I'm getting around 2 mbps real bandwidth so I guess the HSDPA technology of Movistar should be working on 3.6 mbps.

Not bad. The HSDPA really rocks.

Ok! Got the Ameo and quite impressed!
Autoroute working with sat nav, wifi good, bluetooth paired with all my gear etc, etc.
Stick the main unit in the wallet the wrong way round, use a little bluetack on the back of the other flap and you have a very firm car mount!
More tips to follow!

Get yourself a proper car mount, before you become the second person posting the most unique today screen to this forum. Blue tack won't do.
