it's possible
the htc home plugin does it unless it really have to be 100% off and not just soundless

but i'd asume that a timed flightmode would be equaly possible

Phoneweaver does it. I think there's a new one, v1.1. I'm using 1.0 and it lets you set automatic profiling (e.g. flight mode) for specific times of the day. Actually, phonealarm should let you do that as well.

I've been using Phoneweaver for about a few weeks now. It turns off my phone radio at midnight and turns it back on again at 7:30 am. I can still use the Wifi in-between if I wake up in the night. On Saturday and Sunday mornings it doesn't turn itself on until 8:30 :-)

Try this one:

I use it for 3 month now, works fine with a lot of additional features.
