Received my TyTyn II on Tuesday. I love a lot of stuff about this phone but the touch screen becomes non-responsive at least once a day. Soft reset does not solve the problem. I've contacted HTC tech support and received a RMA number. I'm concerned, however, that this problem is not unique to my device and presents a significant software glitch in the original released ROM.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If I try flashing the AT&T ROM will that fix the problem? I'm not looking forward to being without the device and would prefer not to have it send it for repair if I don't have to.
