I saw from the other post regarding running linux on a WM5 devices, but I can't find any posts regarding "HOW IT WORKS" with partitioning the SD card and I have no idea how it works on ATOM. Anyboby can have any idea?

Any idea of porting linux to ATOM?

And better performance I guess. My friend is using a motorola smartphone with Linux on it. It's surprisingly fast. Don't try to compare it with Windows Mobile, cuz it's damn slow.

Linux might provide extra application options too...like more powerful Office applications (compare with Office 2006 bundled), connecting to Unix / Linux Servers will be much more easier. I saw those Linux versions running on other WinCEs are building on top of WM5 (direct running as a application on the pre-formatted SD Card)
