hi, i wish i had knon it beford, i smashed one of my warlok (oups wizard!!!) because of the frustration... you can even see my deseperate post somewhere... and no answers... but somehow i wasn't alone, a lot of people had this problem, but cause i didn't find any answers, and smashed my warlock, i left the topic alone.
till i try to flash my universal, in windows vista, and during the instalation of the rom, windows update uptaded those usb pocket pc drivers thingy, messing up the whole prossess... (and i kinda remembered that it also happen the same with the wizard...) and damned, the bug passed to my universal, that damned 114 radio stack error... but now i only had 1 universal (i had tow wizard) and it's not the same value anyway.
so i search and search, and search without giving up.

so here is my advice use this UNI_ExitBootloader.exe app in windows xp,
dasn't work in vista, then do not upgrade your pda in vista to begin with.
