Not making calls....

hi everyone...

i have a htc s710, it seems to be unlocked (cuz i put the sim in an it takes it fine...full bars.... but i cant make or recieve calls, just boop boop boop...and thats it, any ideas?

the phone has been imei blocked by the operatior i brought a hpone from ebay and it did the same thing i phone up by service provider and they did a cheek on the phone and someone had reported it stolen hense alway buy your phones from ebay with paypal you get insurance and do not lose your money
