i have a pocket pc prem phone 2003 (KP 300 phone model)product of keysmart a flop company. Now the problem is that when i turn on the phone only the blank screen on which the model written on the top is apperad and nothing else. so kindly any one help me that what happened to my phone and what should i have to do to get my phone back on working.

i have download the window mobile 6 and try to upgrade it but it gives the error rom is corrupted. so kindly can anyone guide me or post here the tutorial what software i need and from where i can download it to get my phone back again in working condition. Thanks

Please note that we generally deal with phones made by HTC here and though other devices are mentioned occasionally it is best to refer to a more specific forum if such exists for your device.

I tried googling for the name of the phone you gave and came up with nothing resembling a WM 2003 phone edition pocket PC.
You will need to give full name and model of your phone and preferably a link to some info about it.
Even then if this is not a popular model you will likely get no answers.

Meanwhile, I suggest you look in the manual for how to preform a "hard reset". If this is a software fault hard reset should restore your phone to factory settings and fix the problem.

Note the ROMs are very specific! You can not just pick a WM 6 ROM and try it on your phone. If the phone stopped working because of a failed upgrade it is possible that you corrupted the OS / bootloader and is very likely that only a professional repairer shop can restore your phone.

Thanks for you quick reply the model of my pocket pc is

" keysmart kp 300 " actually i bought this from the cyprus and now i am in pakistan this phone is still in warrenty but i still have no plan to go back to the cyprus so i am searching for a way to make my phone in working condition again. i also google a lot but the search resultes came in turkish language and still it is bit difficult for me to understand turkish.

i have perform a warm and cold reboot but in vain. and the site of the company " www.keysmart.com " only come up with the email at this crap. So plz if any one can help i will be really thankfull to him.
