Hermes 200 Radio bricked but SMS going?!

Hi all. I have a strange issue. As i understand my radio is brickd and not available in the system (imei and radio version also protocol version), but after inserting sim key code my hermes able to see the network with full bar and its goes off after sometimes (i cannot make a voice call) but sms send/rec is going. How to understand this? I checked with mtty there is no bad block or something. And sometimes my phone hangs deadly. I have 2.30 olipro bootloader and 1.51 radio. I tried almost all available os to install to get it work. The hanging is very casual, it can hang right after sys login or after few hours etc. Is there any medicine for that?

And what is all about bad block? seems many pple have it. Is there anyway to fix it?. Please MEHELP

do task 2a to fix bad blocks, but if you've flashed an OS you shouldn't have that issue.
and what IPL do you have if you know how to access bootloader?

IPL 1.04 , already flashed sim/cid unlocker v3a.

We're all aware of people getting corrupt radios that can use SMS but nothing else, My hermes was like yours too back when it worked, Theres not much we can really do at the the moment.
