customisation program, lost!

can somebody point me in the direction of the program you can install to enable the hscda icon, and the 2 line date etc on the today screen. its the htc one (i think) if I remember it had 4 tabs to it.

I have just flashed to the latest tmob uk test, I thought I had all my cabs on my memory card, but I didn't !

I have tried searching and looking, but cannot find it as without the name its a bit difficult ;)

Hope somebody can help ( before I get flamed!)
