S710 or 720 slider reliability

I was wondering if anyone had any long term use of the s710 or s720? And specifically any opinions on the slide function? I think I might be buying the 720... but i am scared to crap that the slide function will start to break down after a year or so.

after a year i would upgrade my phone anyway but if you have any problems then get insurance but dont forget you do get a year if there is any problems to take it back to get it repaired by your service provider
