Problem on Splash Screen

Please Please can someone help, my MDA Compact 2 is gone mad. I tried to install the new touchflo rom and its just crashed. When i plug it in to my mains it comes on the splash screen with t mobile and stays there, when I tried to plug it to my pc, nothing. can someone please help me, dont want to lose my phone.
