My charmer is Bricked, please help

I have a T-Mobile Compact II which has turned into a brick.
I Flashed the ROM with the HTC Touch ROM which run perfectly, no problems at all. Then i found a newer version of the same software, which Flashed the ROM (no problems encountered on the PC Screen) but when i come to hard reset the device it sticks at boot screen with the following
IPL 2.06
SPL 2.06.0000
GSM 02.19.21
OS 6.0.0.0

and will not go any further

I have tried the boot load (powering up with camera button pressed)
and get the following
IPL 2.06
SPL 2.06
USB
On the 3 colour screen.

i know the PC sees the device but cant get any communication to or from the device with active sync

Any ideas how to restore this fault.

i have sorted my problem out. It turns out that i could not repair through a PC running Vista. Sorted on a XP machine

Last night I flashed my MDA Compact II with a ROM in this forum. It's from the thread: Tuning ROM 2.6.2.27 MDA CHARMER(MDA COMPACT II). The ROM update seemed to go okay, but now the Charmer won't boot. All I get is the splash screen, which says:

IPL 1.12
SPL 1.12.0000

OS 2.6.2.27

the i was told by a senior menber to flash it with BUTTON 1.05 (which i did)
and now BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING
and now i have
ipl 1.01
spl 1.12.000
gsm 01.12.10
os 1.5.4.2

NOW I HAVE REALISED THAT I HAVE USED ALL WIZARD FILES ON CHARMER WHICH IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF ABOVE MESS.

i have checked usb cable , main power charger with other pda and it was working ok , i have charged my battery on external charger.

MDA compact is not recognizes if battery

can it be a problem with registry ?

PLZ HELP
