Currently using the o2 wm6 rom, (I like the 02 rom, i just do'nt like the extra's, would love a stripped wm6 rom with just the 02 task manager and settings!!!)

I do'nt use windows live, even after updating to the version that doesn't sync your contacts automatically (lost all my msn contacts first time i tried as i didn't want them in my phone contact list, deleted them all and then relaised it deleted them all in msn!!!)

I removed the updated version, and i thought, aha! its been removed, on rebooting my phone i had 26mb of free memory, i've never seen that much on the o2 rom, so thought it was gone, but the link is still there and its still on the phone, can you remove windows live? or do you have to have a rom cooked without it already installed?

the other reason I was wondering, was because when I updated windows live it told me it had to shut down windows live before it could intall, considering I had'nt launched windows live since turning the phone on, it made me think it must be running something in the background, is there a registry location that apps autostart with? I had a quick look but its not the same as the windows pc, I suppose thats obvious to most! and nothing is autostarting in the start menu to do with live

no, turned all the live stuf off today screen only has a couple of things and nothing to do with that, I shall have a look around and in the unlikely event of me finding something that no one already knows I shall post it!:D
