t-mobile wing problems

hey i've been following step to step instructions on how to get iphone themes into my brand new wing that i got 3 days ago.. and they all worked perfectly until just today in the morning.. i turned on my phone and the touch screen wouldnt work, i tried everything from turning off, waiting, getting battery out, etc. So i just decided that maybe if i reset the whole thing with that "1234" reset program thing, it would go back to normal.
well, that was a bad choice =x when i started the phone, the "screen aligning" thing popped out and since the screen was still not working.. im stucked. =x any ideas what i should do? :(

This will install the Original Stock Tmobile Rom, which will take your phone back to the way it was when you took it out of the box

To enter the wing into boot loader, turn the phone off. Turn the phone back on while holding the camera button.
