internet cant connect

wonder why after i installed bluetooth software from hermes, internet cannot connect, why , cant everybody help me...please:confused:

This all depends on who your cell phone provider is.
The user name, p/w, dial up number will vary.
Please give more info if you want a better response

Nothing to see with operator! just before to install this software the internet connection works like a charm, just after is impossible to get a conneciton, neither a dialup nor a wifi, and when i disable the bluetooth thru tray icon, things gets worst, it doesn't try to connect til it get enabled again

i am in indonesia using flexi (telkomsel group) i try for every platform from wm5 , wm6, after i installed bluetooth (hermes) instanly cannot connect internet, if i hard reset or uninstall bluetooth, the internet can connet again
the user name telkomnet@flexi and the pass telkom, dialing #777, okay, please help:confused: by the way thanks for comment
