how do I stop my PPC device from resetting time to my PC time?

My calendar on my PPC device is set to a different time zone for work reasons. But whenever i SYNC, the PPC device time and time-zone change to the PC time and time zone. Anyone know how I can stop it doing this?

When your device is connected, open ActiveSync (on the PC) and go through the settings (Not connection settings).
Sorry I do not remember the exact menu path (not posting this from windows) but there is a check box there somewhere for "Sync time with PC on connection".
