Hi,

I am looking and have been for years! for a converter from my Prophet/Qtek S200 to 3.5". I have so far bought 3 items all of them make my 3.5" headphones have Stereo sound which is great BUT I cannot answer calls! How can I rectify this? Is there a separate Microphone and Headphone adapter that works? I bought one of these and it does not work! I am happy to plug a microphone into 1 socket and have headphones in the other.

I am very surprised as long as these phones have now been on the market that no-one has thought to design such a simple device.

Before anyone says that I could solder one together don't! I am not that way inclined!

I am hoping that the answer to this will help many people in my predicament......

Thanks for reading/helping.

Kind Regards,

Will

Hello,

I use this one in my car. It has a microphone built in, a button to answer call, and 3.5 mm stereo socket. It works with the Prophet. Just ping me if you have more questions.

Is there any possible way to physically change the 2.5 mm to a 3.5 mm socket jack. I think the 3.5 is better and more standardized than the 2.5 mm. My prophet has a loose socket.

You toughts...

In theory... You'd need to solder it down, and would need a 3.5mm socket that would fit in with the casings. From what I know, they tend to be larger than that.
