well it is showing that you have lots of bad blocks lol... I'm not sure if task2a would clear those up or not since we dont have HardSPL yet for the Kaiser. Might want to wait till Pof chimes in and sheds more light on this. The very first line is your CID which you dont have since you have a device stright from HTC

he he i did execute task 2a and I get format failed, No OS found..now display is white when booting :(

In my kaiser I only have 1 factory marked bad block from the first day:

BLOCK 1397 (0x575) is bad block

Most NAND devices are shipped from factory with a few bad blocks, you should not get scared about them.

'task 2a' command is enabled in kaiser bootloader (even in non-MFG bootloaders), it will try to correct non-factory marked bad blocks, but it will format everything and leave your device in bootloader mode. Make sure you download a ROM matching your CID before issuing 'task 2a'.

we don't have yet any cooked roms for kaiser but is a """must to have"" in our phones for any start :rolleyes: don't you think :)

yes restored and no storage loss..this means task 2a refers something else in kaiser, and only POF can enlighten it :)
