Maybe a noob questions about Touch ROM

What exactly is a Touch ROM?? And is it available for our Titan? I've tried to search for info on this and I've found a few threads saying that there are Touch ROMs available for various PPCs but they have to have WM6. Don't quite understand...a ROM on top of another ROM?

Touch roms are regular roms with the HTC TouchFLO features enabled. TouchFLO is an interface on top of WM that lets you do stuff with your fingers. It's HTC's response to the iPhone.

In reality it's fairly useless and more of a gimmick than anything else.
