Hello,

after flashing many, many roms I am not able to flash any more roms....
The problem is: my bootloader stays in SERIAL mode and won't go in USB mode.
I had this problem somethimes before, but after some resetting(PPC and PC), swithing USB cable into antoher USB port after a while he did go into USB mode. But this time nothing works...I tried it manually(power button + ok button + soft reset) and with active sync...but nothing works for me.
I have tried searching the forum, found some articles mentioned it, but no solution.
Anybody else had this problem? My bet: it's a PC problem.....but don't know the solution

Info:
Herm300
IPL-1.04
SPL-2.10Olipro
Current rom: Pandora build 1825

PC: Windows XP
tried 2 different USB cables
tried all USB ports

Problem Solved !

Solution: reinstall active sync.....

1. Uninstall Activesync 4.5 from Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs
2. Reboot your PC
3. Check to make sure \Program Files\Microsoft Activesync no longer exists - delete it if it's still there.
4. Make sure your phone is NOT connected to your PC and re-install Activesync 4.5
5. Reboot your PC (sorry if this is a bit tedious )
6. Connect your phone directly to a USB port on your PC, NOT VIA A USB HUB!!!
7. Activesync should now detect your phone and start the "Create new partnetship" wizard.

Fine, when problems are solving itselfs, flashing time again, and again and...
