I Installed Schaps on Tytn I,
what do you think, can i also Install Schaps On tytnII Kaiser?

I assume you mean Schaps ROM...
That ROM isn't specifically made for the Kaiser / TyTN II zo:

I did install Schapps Comm Manager with 3G button, I like it better as I prefer to save battery by staying on Edge unless I have a need for speed.

Advanced Config Settings app?

Schap has written quite a few utilities in addition to releasing ROMs.

As said before, the ROMs won't work. Don't know about the Advanced Config Settings app.

Advanced config partially work. This because some registry tweak are :

* not relvant on TyTN II
* Not sme key on TyTN II.

But this utility is still usefull for many tweaks!
