i have made a stupid thing that was really to almost cost me my new oxygen phone...i had recovered it by a miracle..i had finally unlocked the CID ,see the lobster's topic,it's the same shit, with the attached files,it doesn't work with the registry programs(search for "cert install sp" zip file)...it cannot be sim unlocked ...anyway..after that excited about unlocking i have tried several versions of the omapclock program,v0.1 and 0.2...this phone has the omap 850 running at the astonisshing speed of 180mhz..everywhere i had read that all use this program to overclock even after months of using up to 240 mhz...so i did a low overclock...at 192 was ok...and tcpmp benchmarked with 5%faster...but after 2 minutes the phone blocked..so i had to take off the battery...later on i tried at 204...it froze even quickly..at 216 the screeen was turning white and blue and it freeze instantly..and beyond that imediattly after the clocking set ,the phone restarts itself...later on i had deleted this program..and i found another version..well..wrong..it was the same stuff, only installing in a more multi file pack in program files...after tryng to set the clock at 204mhz,the phone froze again..took off the battery...windows mobile was loading...orange logo shows..and then ...frozen....orange logo remained, but no windows was loading..it freezed completly, totally dead!just when it must enter startup..i did this operation at least 50 times..i was desperate..seemed that at startap the program was overcloking the procesor and the sistem froze...coluldn't do anything..seemd like this phone is dead...i was alrready thinking what phone to buy next and what to tell dad..i had the ideea to take out the sd and the sim and i have connected the usb cable..it showed me that i don't have sim but i can make emergency calls..and part of the operating system had loaded at this point..and somehow thanks to good active sync hade made the connection..i was still not in the windows..and i did not press the accept or ok button to continue with the non-sim mode..i have manually deleted all files ,hidden or no,from the phone, regarding omapclock, and volilla...what a big relief..it worked..after giving a full software reset just to make sure..and now i had reinstalled the CID UNLOCK...so anyone reading this if u have the s310 DO NOT USE OVERCLOCKING IT DOESN'T WORK WITH THIS DEVICE...especially with omapclock!...anyone who knows a better version or a good tested program released in 2007,it is welocome to tell us....pfiu:D....i think i will be a good boy and leave hacking my phone away for some thime..scared the shit out of me:o

i have already explained shortly but ok,let it be exactly...go here.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=285344 follw the procedure in step 1,don't try to bother with all those registry programs,it won't work..just download that attached file, named "cert install sp zip." in the bottom of the first thread...with winrar extract the files in a folder..u will get a folder with sda applciation unlock and one cab file with sp_allow certificate..this certificate file transfer it to your phone, install it from it..after operation is succesfull,go to the pc and run sda_unlock..press unlock sda button, and then the phone shoud be CID UNLOCKED...a restart of the phone is next recommended....fot those who want also SIM UNLOCK...,don't think about it..i cannot be done.....the problem with the omapclock is that even after a 12mhz overclock over the 180mhz of the oxygen's clock shown in tcpmp or the 186 shown in the omapclock's program, the sistem becomes very unstable..after i had written the first thread i had tried again stupid me 204 mhz...it froze to death..and after pulling the battery i couldn't event turn it on to the windows loading logo..frozen compeltly at the first orange logo screen...i went to orange with my tail between the legs, hoing they don't realise and they didn't..a guy almost was about to give a new phone cause this one still has warranty, but someone had reset it when turning power on...the procedure is next: push the two buttons above the green and red calling buttons, those marked with a line, both at the same time, and in this time also turn the phone on,by pressing the power button..do this procedure a few second and after taht ,with a bit of luck, the phone resets...in terms of soft, and i dunno if also hardware...that saved my phone..lol...so please ,don't be stupid 2 times, dont use taht damn overclocking.or if cannot l,use 192 instead of 186...it's the only working clock...

thanks it seems you are beginning with the forum. I advise you not to mix CID unlock with Application unlock. they are too different things.
