Disclaimer:
I take NO responsebility if you brick your device, if you do search the forums before you come flaming me/us here at XDA.

IF you brick your phone (Brick=the phone can be used as a building brick, or maybe a paperweight? Because you cant start it up.) Its no others fault but your own.
Mainly the reason for bricking a phone is:
1. Not reading the instructions good enough
2. Not following the instructions.
3. Not having a RUU that can unbrick the phone (the official installer with the official rom for your specific phone, with your phones default language. In.ex if yu have a german phone by default, you need a german RUU, if not you will get invalid vendor error)
4. Not reading the instructions good enough..again
5. Not following the instructions...again

If you dont understand after reading CAREFULLY, then dont bother flash your device with this or any other rom.

I also recommend to use the pagepool changer found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=324955
I did nothing to the pagepool, because ppl have different experience with diffrent size on the pagepool, so thats why I leave that up to you
to find the correct pagepool size for your device.

You can get the office 2007 cab off of the wiki, I loaded it up and it works perfectly. Searched for the glossy black bars cab for awhile...oh well, its just for cosmetics anyways :p

Go figure, the one time its working for a million people I have problems..

Its just a bunch of "this program cannot execute the specified program" errors right after the "initializing" part.. it says its copying the OS, but we'll see.

Installed flawlessly the first time onto my Wing. I installed the TMO RUU then installed it with no problems.

I haven't had a chance to play with everything yet, but I'll post in a bit as I get a chance to mess around with it.

OK - I downloaded and followed instructions:

1. Make a full backup, or only the data necessary to you on SD a card or PC via Windows Mobile Device Center, or other
backup programs you might have.

1.b. Either hard reset your device, or flash the official RUU for your device, so that you have a clean base to flash on to.

2. Connect to ActiveSync\Windows Mobile Device Center, and run the connect without syncing the device.

3. Put your device in flightmode,this is done in CommManager. (radio off) If someone call, or sms you during flash, you will have errors.

4. Copy ASerg_Policies.CAB to your device and install it, THEN SOFT RESET, I say again SOFT RESET.

5. Start !UPGRADE_ROM.bat and wait, there will show nothing on your phone display, so dont worry, its normal. AND do not
use your device in any way, to be sure that no errors will happen, wait for the command promt tell you that you have
to hard reset. (If you dont know to soft and/or hard reset, dont bother to run the upgrade untill you have learned how to use your phone.

I get the error (unknown status" on the device and I seem to be stuck at:

"CopyFileToTFFS<OS.nb:0, 0, 03e20000> in my command prompt..

Another update - I did the hard reset and the ROM came up! Now I need to ask a probably simple question how do I activate the "cube" part of the touch?

You wont need a storage card to install any ROM. Because the ROM overwrites the exiting OS on your device, which has special memory allocated for the OS.

is there any good reasons to using this over the PDAVIET .14 wing rom? im on that right now and everythings running fine...but this looks interesting too. is this maybe faster and more stable? or have some extra/better apps? i like how on the PDAVIET HTC audio manager is default mp3 player and its the mp3 player for the HTC home plugin which is sweet considering Audio Manager owns WMP.

If you go to WIFI settings and set up the network manually, you can then connect to it.

Though turning on and off wifi from the 10 button com manager does not seem to work.

That fix works to make the WLan button work but it still doesn't fix the settings->Wireless Lan and I forget how to fix it...I think I just installed the 8 button comm manager because that one worked fine.

Well there are several included themes, with one extra he posted, but, glossy black bars overwrites any theme to the black colors. So you may be talking Non glossy black running VS running glossy black.

Anyone having any luck reinstalling/binding voice speed dial? I tried to bind it to button 4 (hold) but whenever I hold the button it says I don't have the necessary permissions to access the file, etc...

In order to use a theme from online (or the one he posted) copy the .tsk file into the windows directory.

Then, go to the Today screen options in the Settings menu, and select the theme you just copied over.

Ah... I was pressing the wrong buttons... button appears to be unchangeable. It's bound to opening VoiceCmd and you press and hold the top button on the right hand side of the wing; it's the one that causes the permission violation.

Flashed the first time no problems ... then for some strange reason hung on the boot screen ...

Now the flash hangs everytime durning the copy ... let it sit for over an hour ... nothing ... I think if I leave the stock RUU on my wing too long it will melt ... or I might . ....

Run tfsettings and enable cube and set view mode. then swipe screen the way you set uip view mode.

go to programs > touthcflo folder > tfseting and from the drop down menu select "top to bottom" restart your device then the cube will come up when you slide your finger across the screen from the top bar to the bottom bar.

I installed the light version removed all t-Mo installed apps and deleted all extras such as pics rings templates ect.. and gained about 7MB of storage changed the page pool to 4MB gained 8MB of program memory and it's running beautifully, a big thank you to itje your work is very much appreciated it.

Use a registry program like PHM Registry and change the following.

Goto HLM\init\Launch92

And remove entry within the Value data:

Save and soft rest and enjoy.

I did that! I hold both softkeys, then stick a needle in the reset hole, then it just reboots.

I went to settings > system > clear storage instead. This way is working

Put your phone in bootloader mode.

Hold down the CAMERA button and keep it pressed while you soft reset your phone... make sure you keep the camera button held in until you see something like this as shown on this HTC Wizard:

The bottom left will confirm that youre connected to your PC via USB ... then run the RUU and voila

I got it installed last night, it went off without a hitch... Great Job to the creator...My question is, is there a way to change the color of the icons on the screen. (i.e. home, favorite people, weather, ect.)

It is very much worth it. Makes the Wing stable and fast, with all of the options of the best of HTC interfaces. Give it a go.

after installing the new Touch-IT for Wing, the headphones pair fine and everything but there is definitely noticeable static now. i've tried re-pairing, trying the earphones after a full charge, etc. i can only attribute this to something in the new ROM.

In order to overclock, you will need an app to do so. I reccomend Batterystatus, as it tells you battery life and other notifications as well.

Search for BatteryStatus in google or on here and download it to your phone. Run the installer from your phone. Go to the batteryStatus program menu, click on the omap tab, and then you can clock your device from there. I wouldnt go over 280, and dont go below 201. Make sure and set for wakeup too unless you want to overclock everytime you want to use your device.

i noticed the same thing. i half-remedied this by mapping a button to ok/close.

i've read that there are sensitivity settings for the touchscreen in the registry. if anybody could point that out, i'd appreciate it. i think i'd rather have higher sensitivity for using the touchflo scroll function.

seriously, I dont know what cause that, but is this a problem, find a cab with x-button and overwrite the default one, maybe it will be corrected.

If apps installed dont work to your satisfaction, try find a cab using the wiki or search function, install it, and it will "replace" the one in the rom.
Most bugs with apps can be corrected that way, and yes I know this will in some cases use more of your free ram/space, (slightly) but with reducing pagepool, I cant see problem with that.

It looks like I'm going to have to do an insurance swap out of my beloved Wizard (TMO-US MDA) due to screen alignment issues, and am not terribly excited about ending up with the Wing (especially with TMO's bloated ROM). Perhaps this ROM will be OK for me.

I may have missed it in the thread, but what is the available Program and Storage Mem after flashing either Full or Lite?

Also, I think that I noticed in the Newbie's guide a problem with Activesyncing with Exchange. Given that I Activesync over air all the time and must go through Exchange, that's got me a bit concerned. Does over the air activesync to Exchange work properly with this ROM?

I didn't see any mention of the Smart Dialing. Is there any way to enable it ? I have some cabs from the HTC wizard for enabling smart dialing. I wonder if i can install them and it would work. Thats unusual. I didn't have any problem with that. I haven't used the network wizard so i don't know what that helps with. I assuming to set up your wifi or your gprs connection. Wouldn't have any affect on text messages. I am using you hard reset the device any everything.

I am having no problems with this. Of course, I downloaded the lite version and installed x-button from a .cab.

Maybe you should try that?

I keep having troubles with EDGE connection. If I let it sit for a while, it will still say that it's connected but will always fail to connect to any website until I hit disconnect and let it reconnect itself... If that makes any sense.

edit: err... I guess I don't know if that's a network issue or a ROM issue but it's never happened to me before. I still love this ROM, btw.

ahh, I found the issue. I hard reset and ran the network wizard again, still had the same problem. Hard-reset again and tried texting myself before running the wizard -- works perfectly. *shrugs*

Tips:
The weather app in the htc home, is by default set to automatic update, so it will connect automatic, go to the option where you select your city, choose manu tab located right bottom on your screen, choose weather options, then uncheck the download weather update automaticly.

To delete the icons delete this registery

And to minimize you just need to press the exit button and it should minimize into it. (i think you might need to install another htc x-button)

First you have to go into bootloader mode on your phone ... so connect it to USB and To get your Wing into bootloader mode, press and hold the camera button while soft resetting until you get a screen that looks like this

Always be sure to install the TMO stock Rom using that same method before trying to flash any roms. You always need to revert back to a clean rom before attempting any Rom installations.

thanks neptune, i installed the dotfred's task manager program (got it from the wiki) and actually it is a very useful tool. anyway i checked there is not even one phone process but here are the largest ones:

filesys.exe ~3MB
gwes.exe >2MB
device.exe ~1.5MB
shell32.exe ~1.2MB
PocketCM.exe ~525KB
CommManager ~510KB

the first two are the more suspicious ones I don't even know what they are. by the way right now i am running on 9.5MB free memory

The Smart Dailing that came with this rom does not work for me. I had the same dailer before taken from another post with Smart Dailing 2.5 (Build 27526) I tested the cab Ive attached in this post. Once you soft reset, Smart Dailing should work again. I have not expereinced any problems yet for the last 2 days.

Hope this helps all you guys who miss the Smart Dailing feature.

is anybody having problems with TouchFLO? if i enable it, it works the first time but subsequent attempts result in the cube coming up and then quickly closing.

i had this same problem in PDAVIET .15. never could figure it out.

i'd actually rather disable it and just use the scroll function, but that doesn't seem to work either. everytime i check off "Cube" and check on "Scroll" in TF settings, it never saves the settings. after soft-reset, it just defaults back to cube enabled, scroll disabled.

You dont have to flash to the RUU but you will need to hard reset to erase all of the edits and such.

Yes. This ROM only has a few key reg-edits that are already done. That is all explained in the first post.

3) Can I keep my today screen items enabled after installation?
You can choose what you want enabled and disabled.

Great Rom, Faster and I have 23M program memory after reboot

But every time when i listen to music I can't open other application Like reading ebook or online read news... the music player( Mortplayer, GTS player or even audio manager, wm player) just quit automatically in 5 or 8 seconds once I open another program.

Hello, i just went from Prophet to Herald (XDA Terra WM6) and got a question about this wonderful update.
If i install the newest german RUU to my Herald (where can i find it? i looked for it on the FTP-Server but cant find it) and update my device after that to Touch-IT is then my system language german or english?

On second thought, its loaded and everything seems to be working thus far. Two concerns, when I press the Windows button, I get a shortcut error. Duh I should have known that, thanks. Another problem I'm having is my phone won't recognize MIDI files anymore. I used to have the 1up sound from Super Mario Bros as my text message notification and the death sound from Zelda as a missed call. I keep getting spam emails from text/multimedia but i have no email setup on the phone. I cant find any setting for text/multimedia that are related to emails. my outlook on pc does not have this email account. only my phone picks up old email account and spam mail. Any idea how to fix this?

I am experiencing something really weird. Today for some reason my ring tones have stopped working. and Windows media player is not working either. I tried restoring with the backup i made last night and after it finished restoring and the phone restarted it gave me an error saying there is some sort of catastrophic file corruption. I have never seen that error before. And my SD Card for some reason has two cacheie files and two Live Search files. thats also really weird. how can two files of the same name exist ?. maybe there is something wrong with my memory card. i am gonna hard reset the device and restore it again to see if it goes back to normal. Only changes i did make were i reinstalled the touch dialer to get the smart dial functionality back and installed the new version of opera, and installed a couple of games all done last night. i am hoping one of those things screwed up my phone. most likely it was the phone dialer.
as recently as last week i also suffered an on going problem with these phones for some people that my whole sd card got corrupted which really sucked. But i was using a different rom then.

Ok, so on top of my MIDI alerts not working, my EDGE icon seems to be connecting constantly, even when its connected, though I never know for sure anyway because the smaller E never shows up. I saw someone else speak of this problem. Is there a regEdit for this? Also, my battery status CPU speed fluctuates from time to time for no reason. I am unsure if the actual speed is changing or if the readout is just going haywire. Finally, I saw somewhere else about an extra plug-in or edit that allows the weather app to connect correctly. I have flashed to the lite version and added a few essentials for me and I now have around 22.5 mb of program memory available. This is with the 6mb pagepool tweak of course.

I'm getting the Error message 'Unknown status' on my Wing. Not sure what to do. Should I click ok and try again or what? The Command Prompt is stuck on line CopyFileToTFFS(OS.nb:0, 0, 03e20000)

On second thought, its loaded and everything seems to be working thus far. Two concerns, when I press the Windows button, I get a shortcut error. I supposed this can be fixed in the registry, but I don't know where it is..Also the myFaves is apparently disabled in the ROM. I probably should have backed it up to my card before flashin, but does anyone have the app?

You simply have to remap the windows soft button to the start menu.

go to start->settings->buttons

The first button listed (button 1) is the windows start menu button. Just use the drop down box to find <start menu> and select that for button 1. Its near the top of the list.

Your myfavs should be working. To check to see if you have it installed, go to:
start->settings->today and then click on the lower tab called "items". If you see "myfavs" in the list then you most likely still have it but its not displayed.

Ok, so on top of my MIDI alerts not working, my EDGE icon seems to be connecting constantly, even when its connected, though I never know for sure anyway because the smaller E never shows up. I saw someone else speak of this problem. Is there a regEdit for this? Also, my battery status CPU speed fluctuates from time to time for no reason. I am unsure if the actual speed is changing or if the readout is just going haywire. Finally, I saw somewhere else about an extra plug-in or edit that allows the weather app to connect correctly. Edge Icon: Yes, the EDGE icon is different in this ROM. Instead of showing you as connected with a little "E" on top of the signal bars it does look like it's trying to connect. Really is that such a big deal? You still have edge service. :)

Batery Status" Most of the time with Battery Status it has a scaler and boost that will control your CPU so that it's not constantly running at the same speed, and it also speeds it up when more "heavy" applications are running (they sometime run in the backroud without you knowing i.e. My 5 etc.) so as to "speed up" you system.

Weather program: I'm not really sure what problem you're experiencing with the weather program. I have the Full Version on my WIng and it connects no problem. I have the unlimited data plan from T-Mo though so I don't worry about any proxy issues. But, if you read up on it I'm sure you can figure it out. After all you were able to succesfuly flash your phone.:D

Your Mario sound: I added you mario "1-up" sound in wav form. Just copy it into your Windows folder. I couldn't find your Sound of Link dying.

You might run into some trouble with the wifi icon in the comm manager. I havent been able to get it to work even with the registry tweaks that should fix it.

I think on the PDAVIET rom some people were concerned about this as well. I thought there was a CAB put up (somewhere around here) to change it back to the old style. I could be completely wrong and it might be for a different HTC device (other than the p4350/wing), but it might be worth perusing through the different ROM threads to see if you could find it.

I had the same problem. A hard reset cured it. It only decided to not get my messages after I ran the Network Wizard. Don't do that.

Well, wasn't the Wing built off of a crappy build of WM6?
Just find the KB driver or something from the Wing OS, that's really the only difference between the Wing and the rest of the line.

As far as the weather, make sure you run the network wizard first.

Woo-hoo! Got this bad boy on last night and I'm loving it.

I will say this - I had two T-Mo wings with very little on them OOB, and both of them locked up trying to install (I got the Unknown Error dialog). I clicked OK each time, it went out into space for awhile, and both of them got stuck at the T-Mo screens on startup.

Went back to the stock RUU, and tried again (each time following the instructions carefully and verbatim). This time, both worked like champs, installing in just under 7 minutes and booting just fine after the hard boot. I *still* got the error during install (and the same exact error), but this time I didn't touch anything on the phone, and the batch file came back with a complete in half the maximum time. One hard reboot later and I was in business!

i do have one question: its with receiving and sending MMS. i can't do either. the first time, i ran the network wizard. but it did not work. and then i hard reset the phone. and this time didn't ran the network wizard (as someone mentioned on one of the replies). and i still can't do so. what can i do? right now after the hard reset, my phone has not been through network wizard. should i do that? or is there something i can do to start receiving and sending MMS.

i have also had this problem just now after using itje's ROM for the past week and a half. HTC home plugin message buttons don't work, nor does the actual messaging icon in the programs folder.

i recently installed Opera Mobile, so that might be it, but i can't see how.

i ended up fixing this issue by deleting the folder on the SD card in which the attachments were being saved. when i tried to navigate to it in Total Commander it pulled up an error. after deletion, messaging/txt all works as it should.

I have stopped using the reg edit that stores ie and mms/e-mail on the sd card, because of that. I tried to leave it out in theese roms, but to many requested it, so I used it anyways. But seeing that so many have issues with this, Im gonna leave it to default on the device. If ppl want this, they can make the adjustments in reg editor.

For people experiencing corrupted stores on the Storage Card, try not syncing via USB. Once I stopped syncing my Wing over USB, those problems disappeared. Not entirely sure why.

OK, I stupidly ran the Network Wizard, and took what had been a working T-Mo Proxy WAP installation and made it completely incapable of connecting via GPRS.

Not getting 1, 2 and 4. Live can be added. Start menu key just needs to be remapped.

I started with a clean rom and installed Aser Policies.cab on the device. I have tried soft reseting by using the stylus, by holding down the power key, and by waiting five minutes and holding the power key. Unfortunatly I receive the same results... I get the "Unknown Status" error.

I left the computer there for hours and it simply does nothing. What am I doing wrong. Is there a trick to soft reseting the device?

Mine did the same thing over and over again until I CID unlocked it by patching the bootloader using a trick that I saw over here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1540938&postcount=133).
And you're SUPPOSED to get the Unknown Status error.

It works but is extremely sensetive--a few earlier post mention this problem.
Basicly I am unable to use my finger to close anything but it works fine with the stylus. It is like I am not able to touch just the right spot on screen.

Kind of ironic that the whole reason I wanted the Touchflo was to make one hand operation easier...

I can only get it with my finger nail tips, too... I thought it was just a limitation of the screen and the fact that the indentation makes it hard to press on that area.

i have one question for everybody...is anybody experiencing problems with bluetooth stereo sound? i had pdaviet .15 installed previous to this and the sound through the Sony HBH-DS970 was awesome and never had a hint of static.

after installing the new Touch-IT for Wing, the headphones pair fine and everything but there is definitely noticeable static now. i've tried re-pairing, trying the earphones after a full charge, etc. i can only attribute this to something in the new ROM.

what can i do? are there like bluetooth drivers that i can try to install? perhaps some settings i can change (although i didn't really find any)? or do i have to live with this. my favorite and most important aspect of this phone is not working correctly and it kills me because this ROM is undoubtedly superior to all others.

There is only one issue, my bluetooth headphones have a lot of static when listening to music. My headset doesnt have this issue. I cannot find any settings to change...i am at a lost. They are Motorola S9's and I use them with my iPod and they sound great.

Anyone have any idea as to what is going on or what i can do?

EDIT: I just checked on the Full version that I have on my Wing and it's set to 58 (The highest quality you can set it to) so I'm not sure why you're getting that issue. Or are you using the lite one?

For the kaiser10but, you need to install the asergpolicies.cab and then soft-reset. This should let you install it.

Well, I have everything corrected with this build except for Internet Sharing. Not sure, but it looks like this custom build excluded this feature. Even after installing the 10 button Comm Manager, the Internet Sharing button does absolutely nothing.

I compared this to my Dash and I see no files related to Internet Sharing. Since I tether my laptop to my PDA I will either need to go back to my Dash or go back to the original Wing build. Hate to do that though, since I getting so attached to this custom build. Bummer.

I checked the settings listed in the link and my bitpool was set at 30, i changed it to 58 and it works great now! Not much lag or anything, and the audio is sounding great! Thank you!!

I am using the full version, any idea as to why my bitpool was set at 30? I have never changed it and I started out with a clean factory t-mobile ROM.

Now all I need is a 6 GB transflash card and then I can finally ditch the iPod.

Very strange experience(s) I been having with this rom. When I first flashed it, I was having problems like my messaging app randomly not opening (which has since been corrected, for the time being), MIDI files not playing at all for whatever reason, and myFaves not loading. I'm not so sure if the myFaves was a unique problem for me, because I was told that it should be in the rom, but regardless, last night the app magically loaded on my screen. I wasn't even using my phone. I was sitting here typing and I hear a noise, so as I look over on the phone, I see it loading itself. A problem I've been having for maybe a day now, is my phone randomly resetting itself. For the most part, everything is in working order, but has any of this been happening to anyone else?

Hello, I just installed the Lite version on my Wing, but for some odd reason the drop down box on the top right side of my my today screen is gone. The one that acts as a task manager. Also when i close applications like for example WMP it is just minimized instead of closed? Help much appreciated.

How do I enable to Glossy Black Bars for the Lite Ver. with a different theme? I don't the setting anywhere? usually it's in the Apps folder in other ROMs or the Programs folder. Thanks!

OK - I downloaded and followed instructions:

1. Make a full backup, or only the data necessary to you on SD a card or PC via Windows Mobile Device Center, or other
backup programs you might have.

1.b. Either hard reset your device, or flash the official RUU for your device, so that you have a clean base to flash on to.

2. Connect to ActiveSync\Windows Mobile Device Center, and run the connect without syncing the device.

3. Put your device in flightmode,this is done in CommManager. (radio off) If someone call, or sms you during flash, you will have errors.

4. Copy ASerg_Policies.CAB to your device and install it, THEN SOFT RESET, I say again SOFT RESET.

5. Start !UPGRADE_ROM.bat and wait, there will show nothing on your phone display, so dont worry, its normal. AND do not
use your device in any way, to be sure that no errors will happen, wait for the command promt tell you that you have
to hard reset. (If you dont know to soft and/or hard reset, dont bother to run the upgrade untill you have learned how to use your phone.

I get the error (unknown status" on the device and I seem to be stuck at:

"CopyFileToTFFS<OS.nb:0, 0, 03e20000> in my command prompt..

OK - finally finished and said to reboot. I did and now I am stuck on the t-Mobile opening screen. Any suggestions here?


Another update - I did the hard reset and the ROM came up! Now I need to ask a probably simple question how do I activate the "cube" part of the touch?

ok i followed this exactly and seemed to get everything the same, but i cant hard reset it after it said it was complete, so i had to just take the battery pack out then put it back in, and once i pressed the power button it just got stuck at the tmobile screen and like i said i cant seem to hard reset it so all im able to do is soft reset it seems, aha i mean if anything i hope what i had in mind of hard resetting is correct, its when you just hold the power button right? aahahah wait nvm i got it

Just a question: Sim card disabled? Does that mean I won't be able to access or store numbers on the sim card? I switch phones constantly(don't want to damage my wing on the beach) so I store all my contacts on the sim card.

Nah it just disables it in your contacts list so you dont have mutilple numbers. but its kind of a pain when you type a text and add names then it shows both. so it only removes them from the contact list. but you can still access your sim contacts and store and what not.

Well, I have everything corrected with this build except for Internet Sharing. Not sure, but it looks like this custom build excluded this feature. Even after installing the 10 button Comm Manager, the Internet Sharing button does absolutely nothing.

I compared this to my Dash and I see no files related to Internet Sharing. Since I tether my laptop to my PDA I will either need to go back to my Dash or go back to the original Wing build. Hate to do that though, since I getting so attached to this custom build. Bummer.

Anyone else have any more luck with this? Thanks in advance.

Awesome. This will make my Wing complete. Thanks Intothevoid. I searched this forum but I guess my search capabilities were far from perfect this time around.

Update: Oops. Spoke too soon. I am getting the same problem as a couple other folks that are using this. The laptop is stuck trying to aquire an IP address. This was working a couple weeks ago pre custom rom.

Oh well, it was worth a shot. Too many benefits to this rom to warrant going back just for Internet Sharing. Nice to have the Internet Sharing button actually go somewhere - as brief as it was.

I've been a member for a while, mainly for reviews of things and for tweaking my T-Mobile Wing. I found this ROM through a reader of my blog and he recommended it. After bricking it twice I went the boot loader route and have been running Touch-IT Lite for two weeks now. I have to say that overall I am pretty impressed with it! I do have a few issues that I wanted to see if anyone has feedback on:

*Pocket IE: IE has all but slowed to a crawl. Not loading speeds per se, but opening and closing the app, opening favorites, etc. The entire application has slowed down quite a bit.

*Start Menu: The start menu, after hitting the Windows key, takes a solid two-thousand count before it shows. Sometimes it shows with the bottom flush along the bottom menu bar, not the top menu bar. Same thing when using the stylus. Pressing the OK button takes about the same amount of time (maybe a half second more time) to minimize or close an app.

*Voice Command: Lite doesn't come with it, but I installed MSVC as one of the first things after I installed Touch-IT. The Win key becomes voice command, and all other hard buttons become the Start Menu. Changing them in settings do nothing, so I used AE Button Plus to control them.

There are a few things that impressed me quite a bit, namely how smooth and fast TouchFlo runs on this ROM. Running at 260mhz the reorientation of the screen when sliding out the keyboard is as smooth as buttah (by the time I rotate the phone in my hand it's reoriented and waiting for me to catch up). The HTC Home Plugin is faster than installing it on top of the stock T-Mobile ROM, which is awesome when you soft reset the phone or reload the today screen.

Overall the pros outweigh the cons, and I'm going to try the full edition to see if that changes anything for me.

Follow up...

I just flashed the ROM, then installed the Full edition. Wow, even better. The Start Menu and OK button are both way more responsive, startup is still fast, and Touch Flo is still awesome!

Seeing that the cache folder for IE is default to your SD card which might have a slow write speed, it will take a bit longer to load a webpage .............. you can solve this by change to cache {temp. files} back to the main memory
