what screen protector to use?

i know this has been addressed in a few other posts but there are no reply comments and i wonder if they are just advertising products. i have a screen protector that has been on 2 days and already foggy and scratched up. what is the best? i think i want one that folds in instead of sticks on.

ordered a nushield because it is a bend on and not a stick on...we'll see.
