Changing my IMEI no. ?

Can somebody help please help me ? i have an i-mate JASJAM

ROM Version: 1.31.305.2
ROM Date: 09/08/06
Radio Version: 1.38.30.10

But I need 2 know if I can change my IMEI no. as i cant connect the fone 2 the Telstra network (Australia) because the fone was in my ex girlfriends name and to be a bitch she has blocked it... Somebody please help me !

FYI in Australia you can only block an IMEI if the phone is reported stolen to the police... if your IMEI is blocked then the phone has been reported stolen.
You need to sort this out with the police and phone company... changing the IMEI is definately illegal.
