Moving apps/data from Tytn to Tytn II?

My new Vario III arrived this morning on T-Mob UK but I'm at a loss as to how to migrate all of my old setup across from my Tytn. Under PalmOS this was a fairly straightforward proces, but I can't find anything about it for WM.
