Looking for this software

While I was surfing around I found a photo of an O2 XDA with WM6 on it aswell as an interesting piece of software,the bar along the bottom with the icons. Does anyone know what it is called and where I can find it?

Thankyou so much for that, only recently got my I-mate and thought that sofware sorted my needs.
