8525 problem.....dead I think

I used the phone to check my sked then put it back in my in pocket. A` few minutes later I take it out again to look into one of my programs. It was off, no blinking green light. I tried turning it on to no avail. I already tried the soft reset and hard reset, the battery in and out thingy. When its on a charger, the red light is on.
Anything else I can do or is the only option AT&T warranty?

FYI, I've not put anything new on it, software or otherwise. Its been functioning great before.

You could try a bunch of stuff, but if it is under warranty, go that route. They will have a new one to you tomorrow at no cost (well, one or two business days).
