i install wm2003se and the camera is history plz help

i have qtek2020 which has windows mobile 2003 italian lang

i install wm2003 se
it work good but

there is no camera no prog for it or shortcut

is the rom i installed cause this problem plz help??

if so plz anyone just give me another rom of wm2003 se english
