Restore original m3100 ROM

I have flashed my SPV m3100 with hard spl 2.10 and wm6. Unfortunately the phone has developed a hardware fault and it shall be returned and therefore needs to be restored to the original ROM.

I have looked but cant find a link to exactly what I want (not to say its not there)

Can any1 please walk me through the process or link me to the relevant thread
with the relevant ROM link

I followed this:

Downgraded to 1.04 then flashed the Orange rom:

http://www.orange.co.uk/business/downloads/SPV_M3100_ROMUpdate_0407.exe


However, my device is SUPER CID so better check first...
