I want my German keyboard map on an English Rom - Please help

I updated to the I touch thing and now I have a English rom on a german hard keyboard the Z and the Y are in different places and that confuses me. I am fine with the english language I just want it set up so it matches my hard keyboad. I tried the language and region settings but its still inverted.

Any way to fix that?

But hoe does it works. Do I have to enter a new entry? Because I do not have a entry named "Locale" - I'm using the Resco Explorer. Can you please help?

make a new entry it works then, I bricked my Herald updating to touch Flo 2 :(
