Just out of interest, where does hermes store the call duration times?

This can be viewed here: Start -> Settings -> Device Information -> Call Duration

I have flashed my JasJam like a thousand times lately, but the counters here seem to be untouched totally. Are these stored in a seperate ROM?

It's stored in the Radio ROM. There is a post that explain how you can reset these counters:
