Is HTC Touch compatible with Jabra BT5020

:( :( :( :( I have a big problem. I checked various websites for a suitable bluetooth headset for the touch. I found the touch in the list of compatible handsets for BT5020 and ordered one.

Now I cannot pair it with the BT5020.

Please help.....Please guide in case I have to make any registry changes to make it compatible or upgrade the firmware...
