How to manage start menu ?

Hi i am despret about that my start up menu is totaly mess i need to organize my shortcuts i need som app or something i supose can somebodhy help me ? pls

This registry-key defines the main-menu order:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Startme nu
The key 'order' contains the links of each menu item
