Remove prepackaged software question

I would like to know how to remove the preinstalled programs like mobitv,cingular cellular video ect. Do I do it from the extended rom?
I have an ATT 8525,WM5,SuperCID. I am sorry for such a newbie question. Any help would be great. I am an extreme newbie.

I'm guessin a search coulda found it, but im too lazy myself so...No, u cannot remove them. You can cook a new rom without them, or flash a cooked rom from this site.

I recommend WM6 anyways.
