i want to let you know about every thing i'm working on, so all of these informations will be available in the comming TNT series.


Base Roms:


* 1921 build 18501.0.7.0
* 1978 build 18578.7.10.3 (this is fake, so will not wok on)


- Issues:

* Camera issue: when capture a video clip, then delete it, sometimes the screen will go to desktop screen. [Fixed]
* VoIP issue: in all builds after 5.2.318 the sound will not pass through the speaker [Fixed]


New Drivers:

* new radio driver (never used before by any rom) tested and found has better radio signal.






Rom Version:

i finally can hack the OS rom version, and then this will make special OS versions for TNT, so the OS version will be 11.x.x.x and this will make you know which rom is later than others.

new packages:

- sim manager 6.31
- WLM 10.6.0033.0600
- Battery status on the top bar (will not effect on the colors)
- winXplore 0.3.4.1
- Commmanager 1.7.5.1 (the newest)
- BT_BPP_1_5_0_0
- WM5torage 1.78 beta2 (working very well)
- new battery drain tweaks (the battery life very longer than before)


Try to:

- make the touch flo as Add on, so no need to make a rom for it has little packages.

It's easy enough for you to test before releasing - there are lots of free VoIP providers and provisioning your phone is easy:

I have reverted back to the original 5.2.318 release and VoIP works, however the audio is played via the stereo speakers and not the phone speaker, it is usable though, unlike any other ROM where the audio is either not heard at all or is almost impossible to hear.

1921 build is a true build by MS, about the base rom, i don't know for the moment but i think there will be ;).

I nearly bricked my phone flashing back and forth and now new one is coming with juicy base rom.

At present I'm back to 4.0 as that is the last real "kitchen" rom with all RGU files intact. I hope someday you'll release a kitchen or with all missing files to use with Kitchen apps.

Yes, its fake build, based on 5.2.1921. But russians worked on them hardly: replaced bunch of files, mixed, and so on. By they words- works better(performance, battery drain, stability) than 1437, 1620 and original 1921.
Only one mistake(IMHO) - some files packed by UPX.

PS: Thinking about flashing this russian build to wife's Wizard :)

I do not think we need bigger storage size on the expense of G4 compatibility.
If you do something like that in future, please do it as an option.
I need just a good ROM (and your ROMs are perfect :-) ), I do not need any more storage (and probably to risk screwing up the phone in the process).

I understand that the next release will be ok, but I just do not want to see this even in future (unless it is fully optional).

Are you talking about the speakerphone, which was the case with the old builds, or the actual phone speaker.

From what I can remember, VOIP was only able to be heard on the speakerphone, but not on the actual phone speaker like a regular call...

with the build 318 the sound passed through the speaker (in which the sound very loud and clear) while in later builds after 318 build the sound is very poor and can't be heared clearly, but now fixed 100% and you can hear the sound exactly like 318 build ;).

if you want a cab file for that, i will try to make it but maybe will not work good because it is a system file (but maybe work), if you want to test i will send you a link for testing the cab file with any build you want.

many files on phone packages i used, but i didn't finish this test till i have just one file which make this issue so i can't tell you now which exactly file make this issue (i used phone packages from 318 build) my device is flashing now and will keep flashing till have the unique file :D.

I'll be more than happy to try the 1921 build :) as long as it has VoIP & L2TP/IPSec VPN working. These two components rely heavily on the OS and can't really be added in later, unlike most of the packages we all add in.
If these two components work and are stable I'll be a happy man :)

i think .1437 is perfect for everyone, have all the usefull apps freeware avalible today.
the rom is fast and stable with then, so..if you dont need the apps, only delete the shortcutes. is more easy then build 10 diferents versions.

Or use core kitchen and rebuild the rom.

I am using TNT 5.0 with Touchflow.
I noticed the date format is ddmmyy. I tried to change it there are more formats but none with mmddyy. Is this something I can expect to get fixed.
