Need help with hw6515h

I have english hw6515h and I upgrade it with french ROM, but it doesn't work and now the phone doesn't work. After power on, the screen is 'USB V0.21".

You can download the English version official update and run it.

Oh, the 6515h is from Rogers... You can recover it from "Rom12132beta" this version. Do a Google search you should find it.

Another way, Google the "6515d.bin" and upgrade it from SD card, I did both method without any issue... If this one still not working, maybe your device has some problems...

Thanks for your help, the solution is very simple, I replace Vista by Win XP in my computer and now I can upgrade rom.

I had the same error (Error 608: Could not initialize device)
To resove it switch off the firewall on your PC!. For me it helped!:D

Do a hard reset.
Wait until Screen oriantation screen ( orange colour with "+" )
Do nothing to the pda only wait!
start upgrade in xp only
wait
this will upgrade your pda.
there is no special version for your PDA but
there is two version
1- 6515 c,d,e,f
2- 6515 h

You may check it out:

or
you may google it with hw6515 1.21 rom upgrade.
