ok its weird. heres the problem:

sometimes i have the radio 1.16 showing on boot...and then sometimes it say s NO GSM.

also when i do get the 1.16 radio working, my hermes freezes..

is it because i have bad blocks?

How much have you read in the WIKI... obviously info enough to know Info 8.

Have you HardSPL'd? Have you checked the unbrick table in the WIKI? Have you checked the super long unbrick thread... You give pretty much no context to your problem so don't expect too much help.

No its not becasue of bad blocks. Most hermes straight from HTC have 3 bad blocks your only showing one. I would say it has to do with the radio bootloader but i could be wrong why dont you try and upgrade your radio since that one is long outdated we are up to 1.54 right now.
