Hello !
I just bought a charmer from a friend to use as an auxiliary phone, but of course, I canīt pass on upgrading it to its maximum extent !
I already managed to net\sim unlock it. I donīt know if its CID unlocked, but when I connect it to my Laptop I can see the Ext Rom files in a folder.
What I want to do now, and Iīm not sure how since Iīm not sure if my specs are right (Iīll tell them later on), and since I Canīt access Bootloader, is to upgrade to WM6.
My current specs are:
- Windows Mobile 2003 SE Version 4.21.1088 (Build 15045.2.6.0)
- Rom Version: 1.12.00 WWE
- ROM Date: 05/28/05
- Radio Version: 1.12.00
- Protocol Version: 1337.42
This is all the info I could find ! Is it easy to upgrade to WM6 from where I stand now ? Or should I just take it to a shop ?
