Something is wrong with teh certificate:
INTERNET_38 80072F06 The SSL certificate common name (host name field) is incorrect.
- OR -
Synchronization failed due to an incorrect SSL certificate common name. Verify certificate settings.

Solution:
1. The name of the Exchange server specified on the device does not match the common name on the certificate.
On your device, click Start, ActiveSync, Tools, Options, Server, and make sure that the correct server name is entered.

hi there,

i think i found the solution for my probelm. i guess not everyone has this probelm. well it s not a surprising for me. the source of the probelm is as follow....if u hav a chinese translator program, please uninstall it...the ce-star program is screwing ur ssl...(ok, cannot type type chinese msg to all my galfrens)

I m wandering which version of ce-star is the suitable for wm6....i ll mail to ce-star provider to find out the probelm...this has nothing to do with the servername or cert at all....

Thanks, liewjoee. You solved my problem too.

Now I'm able to get the direct push e-mails over SSL.

Confirmed that Leies's Chinese Extension works on my E-TEN X800. Check this place out: http://blog.g4team.com/?p=64
