This ROM is based on Bepe’s Big Storage (TMO_UK_3.60.110.1). I’ve used anichillus’s HyperCore Kitchen so I named this one “HyperCore Pro”. This is an OS + Splashscreen upgrade.

Ok, I've updated the rom with HTC Network wizard 1.0. This one includes network settings for Japan and other countries as well.

I don`t know if you are aware of the PIE slow scrolling bug that is/was present in 3.60 ROMs

If you already fixed it, ignore this post, if not there is a fix in the pandora kitchet threat, or you can see my post history, you will find it both ways in case you need it ;)

I found that there are some errors on the keyboard layout. If I typed "!", it shows "~", the "?" shown as "@" and so on. Could you fix it? Beside that, overall it is good.

Oops .. I'm using Softbank X01HT so I've set the keyboard layout in this ROM to fit Japanese layout:

I've attached the cabs to change the keyboard layout for Tytn and 8525 .. take your pick! Don't forget to power off your phone and then power back on when you have finished. Soft reset will not make the changes stick.

First off love the ROM.
Fast and does the Job.

Only problem i have come across is with the HTC Home plug-in.
I click on weather and select my location being Cape Town, South Africa.
I was amazed to see it there without me having to edit the XML file.

Anyways i select Cape Town, South Africa it connects to HSPDA or 3G and then bam black screen and my phone restarts.

I am going to try using a different Home Plug-in and edit the XML file like i normally do. To see if it solves the problem.
Will post a reply if it works.

Looks like the problem is in the xml file. I've edited the file dan now it works for cape town. Please install the attached cab, make sure Home Plugin is not running when you install it.

I've tried copy some files within resco explorer and everythings went ok.

Could you more spesific please:
- what filenames and size of the file you're trying to copy?
- from where and where to?
- any other programs running while you're copying?
- where did you installed the resco explorer (device or mmc)?
- would you mind telling me the list of programs installed on your device

It's very good ROM, faster than any other.As it has the necessary apps, I thing it's somethig like ligth ROM. I use 10.07.2007 date ROM of this, not bad, very good, will now try 15.10.2007 upgrade. Will post if there is any problem, but I dont thing will. After the Schaps took a long time pause my onliest prefer was this one.
Would like to see more TouchFlo apps in nearest future. I use PocketCM contact application with this ROM, it's perfect Touchflo application.No bugs, but a little upgrade in futures needed.

I've been using this rom for days and doesn't have any problem :confused:

Anyway I've attached a cab to disable Auto Timezone since I think this is the feature that might caused the problem. Please install it and power off your device to make the changes stick. Let me know if this fix your problem.

anyone have any problems getting calls? i love this rom but today my wife tried to call and i had a full signal, she got call cannot be completed at this time. i tried to call my phone from a landline and the same message, so i rebooted and tried twice and got my voice mail. i then made a outgoing call and that worked fine, after the outgoing call i tried to call my phone from a landline phone and it rang and the call worked? very strange i hope it was a at&t glitch

Could you do another special rom, a lite version without programs which i rarely used eg htc audio, htc home, htc task manager, vc, regedit and fieldtest? it could save memory..... For your info, i use resco explorer, spb programs and wisbar. Just left plenty memory to work out.

Excellent rom! I have been using it since it was released and it has been ROCK SOLID. One of the quickest I have ever used as well.

One small? thing though: has anyone got a java midlet going on it?
Every client I have tried has crashed upon trying to load installed java apps. Well I have only tried Opera 4 beta 2, but still......

Other than that, great job!! I LOVE the huge storage. Almost 75 megs! How did you pull that off?? Cheers!

Yup, I think it was just a glitch. You can try to upgrade the radio if you still get this problem.

Anyone else having problems with Schaps Advanced Config tool running? It crashes when it tries to read the Comm manager settings (this could be because this rom isn't using Schaps' own Com manager)

Also, anyone noticed that Wifi is always shut off on soft reset?

Hi sakajati,

Installed your rom and must say it does look magnificent. Only flaw I notice is that I'm unable to mount (& unlock) the ext_rom with it. I tried Olipro's latest unlocker (including sdkcerts) and the tweak4cat mount settings, but still the ext-rom isn't visible and writeable. Oh and somehow WM5Torage isn't working on my HERM300 based device.

That's exactly what I'm using, however not even hex editing your ROM seemed to work for me.

I also experienced another problem which caused a hard reset wiping my device. Unfortunately because of that, I had to switch from using your ROM.

I did try the removable storage class, but the problem emains. I switched to Softick CE which does work, no freeware though. I thought about the possibility of the ext-rom being appended to the storage rom, but hadn't read it being actually done. There's simply too much info on the board to read everything and even googling the site sometimes give too many hits. Anyway thanks for the confirmation, I only did use the ext-rom for installing apps so this is much more convenient.

BTW I did notice a solitaire.exe in the windows folder with filesize 0 and unable to overwrite with the original, was this intended?

Yes it does, I had the opportunity to test it with a 6GB SDHC and it was recognized properly.

Nope that's not intended. Thanks for ask! Obviously I've removed the games (solitare, bubblebreaker) from this rom. That zero filesize was actually created by file system filter (fsdspy.dll). This dll try to access solitare.exe (and some others), since it can't find the file so the system creates one with zero filesize. This is not a problem though.

Btw I've attached installer for this game, Have fun! :D
