hello. im new to all this. but when i want to unlock the CDI my phone freezes then a press the continue button. in frustrated cus i want all the cool stuff to! plz help if you can.

i got a HTC HD2.

So I ran Kaiser-HardSPL v1 with active sync working fine on my HTC pro2(sprint). I get the 1st screen to "continue" the process on the phone and hit continue and the phone just shuts off everytime. Any idea?
Its on the CDMA network, does that matter?

My main guess would be that this is not for your device:D It is for the Kaiser not the Touch Pro 2. Might want to have a look in thread for your device

i don't get any three colour screen but just a white screen. What can I do?
I tried to do this on win 7 and on win xp. On both was the same.

I am runing on my Kaiser Win mobile 6.1

Anybody who knows how to unlock CID via MTTY. I can't unlock via USB/ActiveSync because the phone is stuck in bootloader.

There might be a bootloader-fix but to be able to flash in the fix (via microSD) my CID must be unlocked.

how much time it takes....i have started it....followed the instruction on screen then it displayed the white screen for a long time...nothing happned..then i restarted it but still..it is locked...pls help..

I can get my phone into colored mode, but the PDA ROM UPDATE utility just gives error [260]: Connection after that..

I am using active sync 4.5 (latest) could this cause any issues? I get all the way to unplug/ plug in usb cable then it never completes... I wish this was something that could be ran from a flash card on in the phone. :confused::confused:

I finally got it to work, here is what i did:

Ran the program to the part where it got my phone into tri color mode (boot loader)

unplugged usb cable, un checked allow USB connections in active sync, Plugged in USB cable, Re-checked allow USB connections in active sync.

Then ran RUU with unlock update file for 3.56 (downloaded separately)

I have run the jump spl1.56-kais.exe and I got to the tricolor screen. Now I have run several times the kaisercustomruu.exe and it keeps telling me that there is an error (connection error and update error). I have tried several times, doing everything again and again, but it doesnt work.

Now my phone is totally stucked on the tricolor screen, please tell me what to do. What can i do to flash it, or what can I do to get it back as it where before.

Hey, my kaiser asking for a code, cannot enter in menu.
Cannot unlock it, try it with bootloader camera/power/reset etc.
Any help? See picture.

It worked on your att&t tilt. i used tool on same phone it asked if i wanted to use program I got white screen and it disconnected. Just white screen i couldn't touch anything. I had to use soft reset to be able to connect again. I am using window 7 is that the problem?

I need to go back from HardSPL 3.29 to HardSPL 1.xx using sd card.Is it possible?
No connection with PC so sd card is the only way.I am desperate to run Frankenkaiser as I have 800 bad blocks.

This is in English, adn you can flash any rom after unlocking your device.

Follow the instructions again, as you need to see the tri colour screen.

you need to install enable RAPI. cab on the device and for synchronize on Win 7, You can use WMDC 6.1 (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=14)for Vista

Hello, Could any one help me unlock my htc tilt 8900.

I got the 3 colors in the first step.
KAIS1*0
SPL 3.56.0000
CPLD 8

When I start to install KaiserCustomRUU it saying to udate and the screen turn white with a box with 0%. after a min or so it come up with a error 262.

Please help
