Keepass works fine and is free. a desktop version is also avalible..

I prefer Iliumsofts eWallet. It is AFAIK the only wallet software which does not sync the whole file, but only the changed entries.

With other Software you change on your PC one card, and on the PPC another one, you will get a conflict during syncing.

Use my 'Blender'? It is not very convenient if you were to view your stuff frequently, but for me, I've flash ROM and stuff so much, the only thing backing up my stuff is Outlook. And I've used it to encrypt my data and save them to Notes. Which I can refer later by doing a decrypt on it :) Link at my signature.
