Herlad loss network connection

Hi,

since 3 or 4 week i have the following problem. My Herald seems to have sometimes a problem to reconnect to it's phone network when it's loss connection.

The Herald seems to search for a new connection but without success. After a softreset the connection will be established without any problem.

What can do to fix this problem?

Interesting, i've never heard of such a problem. Are you in an area with low connectivity? Did you run the network wizard?

Maybe your phone just searches at its own pace.
