Because there is no RUU, there is not much that you CAN do.
I would just send it back and get it replaced and just pay the fees.
Or you could just wait for o2 to release an RUU, which might never happen

Thats right.

I said that tried to hardreset my device and then it got briked.

And I disclaimed that the slider is very loose.

There fore I got a new one.
