look at the sticky tutorial and read read read lots of threads and the wiki until you feel comfortable enough to flash.

aint there a easer way ? just post the darn thing and i ll be grateful i have read some shit but i am boord of that shit so can some one please help i dont know post here or send me a email ottluigas@hot.ee so cmon guys help me that aint so hard i hope :D

vippie gave you good suggestion,this forum believes on " SELF HELP",it's for your own good,if you don't go through the all threads regarding upgrade,u\ll won't be able to do it correctly

sorry this stuff is not for lazy losers, just imagine that some one just sends you all the steps and you fock it up , you are just going to blame he/she, that's why you have to READ! and understand the risk, there is no easy 1,2 and skip 3,4,5 and if "aint so hard" why don just do it yourself?

JUst post in the noob post i guess. Thanks for your hints earlier on im getting into this stuff sometimes its hard to see to which tool does what and what input output is. Anyway small question after reading one of the tut's
"You have to encode 80040000-OS.nb to nk.nbf to complete flash the ROM to your Wizard Device.. "
Is there a tool you need to use to encode this from nb to nbf?

Yes there is. Search for a tool by the name of nb2nbf.exe Its fairly easy to use and support is listed in various kitchen tutorials.
