Hi,
I think it depends on your own needs.
For me the best choice was the Artemis Touch 2.1 full by Meschle. It's full of usefull apps. Fast, stable. The only negatives are the low program memory and high memory leak in comparison with the other cooked ROM's. But i can live with it. A daily soft reset and the problem is solved. :)
