Tytn pc-less wired ethernet voip phone ?

Hi there all you genius , any body came across these application, or can be develop ? .How can I make my Tytn a pc-less Skype or SIP phone with out using WIFi or my pc, I just want to connect my Tytn by a USB to Ethernet converter, strait to my network router.Thanks for your help.

Why on earth use a cable and be PC dependand as it is allready possible to connect to any SIP through wifi, 3G, ...

thanks for the reply , I knew some body will ask about this , the point is not to use WIFI or 3G, because they use massive battery power and also, that extremely annoying bad link or connection ,you can not have a decent conversation yet, trough this wireless media.
