need to change language on this pocketpc from germany to english or french language, any guide and link ?

You need to reflash ROM. Operation is a bit risky, if you don't follow the procedure. Consider upgrade to WM5/WM6.

Remeber about fixing you keyboard layout in registry (You have QWERTZ, do you?)
