Any estimation when the final version will be released ?
No idea :)

Two or three weeks I think.
First a Dutch bèta 1.2.

Adewidt,

Go to start -> QuickMenu -> Option... -> tab: View -> Make sure that "Show on all titlebars" is not checked.

This solves the notification problem of missed calls :-)
Thanks.
Great :) , will change that option in final version.

I have been using this great ROM now for a day and would like to mention my findings:

1 - the HTC today plug dissappears after a reset even though it is checked on the today screen - you have to uncheck/check it again for it to reappear. This is probably the HTC plug rather than the ROM.

2 - the left hand soft key 'Reminder' was 'fighting' with the 'New' option when a reminder had been triggered, i.e. the softkey label was swapping between 'reminder' and 'new' every couple of seconds, which made it difficult to select the 'Reminder' text to view the reminder detail

3 - I changed the comm manager options via Schaps advanced config - removed beam and replaced it with data connection - no icon appeared on the comm manager for this new option, the text was there though.

These are all minor things, but I thought I would mention them anyway. This is a great ROM which I think I will be sticking with.....until the final version is released. Great work, thank you.

First of all, awesome rom!!
Been using 1.1 since it's release and i love it, and this 1.2 maintains the same quality!!

Now two questions...
How can i get back the button on the top right corner of today screen to close programs?
And how can i remove the battery icon on the bottom right corner?

Thanks and keep up the awesome work adewidt!

Maybe I search for another good email/clock replacement.
Any recommendations?

I did not include any additional commManager images. Only the visible options. I am not going to add any other images for the commManager. You need to add the additional images yourself.

These are all minor things, but I thought I would mention them anyway. This is a great ROM which I think I will be sticking with.....until the final version is released. Great work, thank you.
Thanks for your comments ;) .

You can close tasks with on the startmenu.
HTC TaskManager is not included, on XDA there are serveral version of this program to download.

And how can i remove the battery icon on the bottom right corner?

Thanks and keep up the awesome work adewidt!
As far as I know I did not include any battery icon in the bottom right corner.

Would it be possible to hide the system tray. I am using Ultimate Launcher and have no need for the Activesync icon to show on the desktop.
One thing I have noticed with your rom is I seem to lose connection through Activesync way more often than I ever did before. Don't know if that is a bug or something on my end, have used a few cooked roms in the past.
Other than that it is a great, fast rom.
Thank you for your hard work.

Last weekend I had a popup (sunday 2 am) that a time adjustment for daylightsaving etc. took place.
Strange, it is not the weekend for that (end of march in NL). Anyway, the time was still the same.
Untill now: I found that my calender shows begin and end-time of appointments correct until march 28. After that all appointments are moved one hour back. Now I have to anticipate and hope all will be corrected in the last weekend of march, otherwise I'm afraid that it will sync wrong to my work emailsystem.

Known issue & solved in 1.2??

Another:
I cannot change timezone to +1 Amsterdam. After OK it will always jump back to +1 Prague, Budapest (first in the "+1"-row).

I solved both issues. How?
In Clock & Alarms I adjusted (for the fist time) the second timezone ("Op bezoek" Visiting?) to +1 Amsterdam.
After that I was able to adjust the first timezone (home) too.
Now all appointments show the right begin- endtimes.

By the way, ADW 1.1 works real fine . It solved some very annoying issues that I had with HTC's WM5.

Follow up to ADW.
This weekend (sunday morning march, 30) it indeed should have changed the time one hour forwards.
But it did not.
It's not bothering to do it myself, but I thought you need to know this.
(see my previous postings)
